Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. You hear about contractors who take the money and either don’t show up, or take forever to get the job done, but AMS focused on our basement from start to finish with no gaps in work. We highly recommend them for any work you need done.“

SAC did a bathroom/shower remodel for us, and we are thrilled with the results. We had a jet tub and shower removed and a new shower created which was double the size of our previous one. They needed to remove a window and then install a different sized one. That required exterior siding to be installed also.

The price was very good for the quality of work. We had several others give us bids and they were significantly more than what Shane quoted us. We also believe that he offered much more for the money.

The whole process went very fast. They tried to keep things moving along. I’m sure some of it was due to luck, but it helped to minimize the inconvenience of not having use of the shower. Shane communicated with us regularly and coordinated everything well.

Shane’s suggestions and advice were spot on. For example, we had our idea of the floor plan, but his was even better. He included little touches that make it more convenient like adding a timer for the bathroom fan. He was able to add grab bars in the shower even though we didn’t originally plan for those.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. All the various workers took care and did a superb job. Everything looks very nice.

It’s so nice to have such a large shower. We feel like the bathroom is the fanciest place in our home now. We would definitely use this company again and recommend SAC for any remodel need.“
