Main therapist (Cole) is unprofessional and rude. Idon't recommend using this company if there are any other options. They don't respect their patients time or show interest or care for what the patients have to say.Cole showed up 20 minutes late to a meeting that he scheduled, didn't say anything to let me know he was running behind. I reached out to see if he was running late with no response and when he finally showed up he didn't apologize for being late. He didn't listen when I spoke so he kept misunderstanding, not a problem on its own but when I tried (several times) to explain he would talk over me.
