So many companies provide this service as a side to their other electrical work. From start to finish they were professional, providing a very detailed and reasonable proposal after surveying not only the roof but also the power and breaker availability and locations of panels. The installers followed the plan and had everything in place in a day. They recommended smart outlets and switches connected to an app so that during the snow I can turn the cable on and off from my phone. I had the roofer survey it after completion as the roof was new. He was impressed with Utah Heat Cable and confirmed all looked excellent. I highly recommend.“

“After scheduling and waiting an entire day (with no further communication from the company or electrician) for a JP Electric technician to show up at our home we decided to call again and schedule for two days later. We have been very happy with JP Electric’s service in the past and we were surprised there had been no communication about a missed appointment or jobs before ours that ran overtime.

Evan took the time to go through pages of installation instructions and find the warranty page and owners manual, which he gave directly to us. After they were done Aiden took us around to each of the repairs, explained a few inconsistencies in our very old home, described the upgrades they did, and gave us the chance to ask questions.
