Scott and his son from Mr. Good Guys did a top notch job from the get go. The told me the plan and followed the plan to tee. They first got my furnace installed and working the first day as it was cold out side. Followed by my heat pump for the AC on the second day. They were good and explained any questions I had. Which made me feel comfortable and at ease. They made 3 improvements to the original set up. The put a booster ring on the bottom of my furnace. That made it more efficent covering more of the air surface for the air filter.
