Our Rheem water heater failed and being aware their branding,
I thought I may as well give them a try and I'm glad I did. To a person they have been available, responsive, professional, friendly and above all knowledgeable and more than competent. When I called, Chris or Brie were on the other end with no waiting. Their Technician Zach, was on time, communicated his estimated time of arrival and was able to diagnose the issues in short order. Zach was also professionally forthcoming regarding other services I had questions about. I plan to continue to use Thompson Plumbing for any and all upcoming issues for my home.
Zack and TJ came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for a good price. My drains had been clogged for a while and nothing was helping. Now the drains are flowing beautifully. And you know they are local because I realized my son went to Cedar High with one of them. 😉
