Service King came to my rescue at my vacation home to address a flood caused by sewage backup. They showed up the day the flood was discovered and immediately began professional mitigation. Thank you, Danielle and Team! Additionally, Thomas helped me coordinate rebuilding and ensured great customer service while I was away from the property. From the young lady making my appointment to Lance, the tech (that arrived on time), this was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I will call them again after the first of the year to come do additional areas/furniture.Merry Christmas and Happy 2024!!!!
This is our 3rd time using service king and still very happy with the service. From the front desk to the worker (Lance) that came to clean the carpets. They are very professional and got the job done.
