Max arrived on time and was professional and personable. He took the extra time to understand what was important to me about the end result. I was impressed with his attention to detail in regard to removing the cat hair, odor, and stains. Check out the before and after pictures! I was also amazed by how much dirt he was able to pull from the carpet. That water was like chocolate milk.
