I went in needing a part for an old electric furnace. They didn't have it in stock but said they would try to get me one ASAP. Received a call the next day, got the part, now i have heat. Great service. Thanks a bunch.
Purchased a nice Harman pellet stove from Cooling and Heating last year. Finally received it and had multiple issues getting the stove up and running. Called Phil and he came out today and was able to troubleshoot the stove and get us operational. The issue was an installation issue and not a stove issue. We are incredibly satisfied with his efforts and the results he was able to get for us.
