The comfort crew were amazing. Very professional, worked quickly and communicated with me through the entire process putting our minds at ease. On the morning of February 18, we had the biggest snowstorm of the year. I was traveling through the canyon to Mantua and came to a complete standstill due to several semi trucks sliding off the road. I also ended up stuck in the snow, in the middle of traffic, with cars and semi trucks narrowly driving around me. The HVAC van that Aaron was driving also got stuck. Aaron got out and grabbed a shovel from his van and proceeded to dig around my tires until I was finally able to get traction and join the flow of traffic. This wasn’t an easy job! They went above and beyond when my heat went out, and they brought a space heater for me to use, then got my furnace repaired so quickly.
They're good men who genuinely care about helping others. They communicate clearly, and aren't pushy.
