The staff here are very welcoming, I’ve been here many times to use the day spa in the men’s room, The steam room is very nice and clean. Thanks for keeping my bottle full of ice you guys are awesome! Every time I leave here, I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Thanks for being a safe space.
I’ve been seeing Shan for a few months now and I can’t recommend her enough. I started with 60-minute sessions but quickly realized I needed more time with her, so I switched to 90 minutes and it’s been worth every second.
Shan is incredibly knowledgeable. She’s given me tips to do at home between sessions to help with my shoulder tightness, which shows she’s genuinely invested in her clients’ progress beyond just the appointment itself.

I had my first professional massage recently at Sego Lily Spa. It was a really great experience. The greeting was awesome. The amenities at the spa were really nice. The place was super clean. Everybody that we talked to was very professional and made the experience better. I like the meditation room and the eucalyptus steam room in the locker room. The massage therapist was really great. I told her it was the first professional massage experience, and she walked me through how everything would go. I love the warming beds. The whole experience was very relaxing, and I will definitely do it again.
