We took our 6 year old miniature schnauzer, Lando to the Bountiful location to have his shots done as well as to be groomed. This being his 3rd only professional grooming, We were super nervous... That was until we met Tess, His now forever groomer. She was patient, kind & obviously cares very much for the animals she is entrusted with. She was also very knowledgeable & informative, Answering every question we had in detail. I even called midway through his session & She explained where they were in the process & Reassured us that he was in good hands. Patricia has done such an awesome job with our dog grooming. We just started bringing him here last month and she’s been able to fix his crazy haircut from our last place and they have a special shampoo for my dog sensitive skin. She’s so amazing with animals and has made it a better experience for our dog to get groomed.

After I went there and spent quite a bit of money for not much stuff.They gave me a receipt that had a ten dollar off coupon for anything.So i'm going to return everything.I just bought and rebuy it with my ten dollar coupon. Is that dishonest?I don't know, but why didn't they just give me the ten dollars off on my expensive order.
