The staff were friendly and efficient. The procedure was quick and straightforward. Check in however was a long process of filling out a short paper form and registering on a tablet to then receive a text message on your personal smartphone to continue and finish your check in… why?
I live out of state and wasn’t sure where to go, went because we found on a map and I’m so grateful I did. The front desk staff was so caring and patient with me when I couldn’t answer questions because I felt so bad. The nurse and doctor were exactly the same. I felt like I was somewhere where they cared about me even though we just met. They made sure I knew what to expect the entire time I was there and checked on me multiple times. Best experience in an ER or urgent care. I would recommend them any day.
