Also got a facial that was a bit disappointing, avoided my driest skin unsure why as that was the whole reason I booked the facial and it felt like 60% of the facial was a very repetitive and soft shoulder massage that only focused on 2 spots, and after the incredible massage beforehand it felt like a bit of a let down.

Answered all my questions, gave excellent recommendations, and engaged in small talk. My tech paid very close attention to details and made me feel like a valued customer.
