I have had nothing but good experiences at the Spa Lounge. Online booking is simple, check-in is fast, there's a nice lounge to relax in while you wait (robes and sandles are provided, if you want to take advantage), and all the staff is friendly. Today, I had a 90-minute hot stone massage with Carlie, and it was honestly one of the best massages I've had, hands down. I can't recommend this place enough!
I first came to The Spa Lounge a couple of years ago for a maternity massage and absolutely loved it + the experience.I came back in January 2024 and scheduled with Martin M@ for a 1 hr Signature Spa Lounge Massage and he was INCREDIBLE. I will 1,000% be rescheduling with him. He asked great questions prior to in order to help him understand any problem areas on my body and was able to accommodate the pressure I needed in order to make the massage work for me.I highly recommend if you're in the market for any type of massage!
The experience was pretty good, but not fabulous. The most disappointing was the nail polish. The polish didn't cover my nails well, and I didn’t put on socks until over 3 1/2 hours after my pedicure. When I took them off the polish was a smeared mess!Follow-up. They refunded $20 of the $60 + tip price for the pedicure. I would have preferred to have my nails done nicely when I went, but they did their best to make it right.
