The installers were fast, did a great job, and even vacuumed when done! We liked it so much, that is why we asked you again to come out and bid our basement. You did a great job there too! We were very happy with our Bowcutt's experience! Great carpet selection, excellent value for carpet and install, and the actual install quality left us very satisfied. The carpet and padding were premium, and the delight on stepping on it never gets old. The attention to detail and high quality of the installers' work was impressive. The only hiccup was a small carpet supplier delay, but that's not their fault. We will absolutely use Bowcutt's again.
