    Really sad to hear about what the government is doing to this place. Seeing the petroglyphs within Bears Ears was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. This is one of the most unique places on earth that needs protection. Special thanks to all the people that work hard to take care of this place.

    I visited on May 9 and was so grateful I stopped by. The two volunteers that day were incredibly kind and informative. With their recommendations, I had the best day. It was clear they enjoyed what they do, and that energy was infectious. Bears Ears is a deeply important area, and I appreciate the opportunity to have learned so much.

    This is a small visitor center, but has a lot of information about the history of the area, the people and crafts. There is a small shop as well. Employees are friendly and helpful.
    Brochures are available to help explore where to go snd what to experience.
