Great people they really care. The only downside is their billing department doesn’t properly print out the invoice for the sliding scale and the staff just tells you to ignore it which is a little unnerving.. but again, really caring people I like them.
The people that did the work were great, but there were communication and prep issues that need to be pondered internally. A UNHS person called me on Friday (7/10). It seemed like that person didn't talk to the Doc that led the effort on July 13. I had a cleaning on July 1, which revealed the need for a filling next to the tooth needing the root canal. That fact was not known to the 7/13 Doc or his helper. BTW, I believe the root canal needs to be completed by an ENDO in Farmington. I will be near Farmington on July 29. Late morning on July 29 would be a great time to have that root canal completion done.
