I have used Summer's three different times and have loved them every time. The customer service is fantastic. Lesli is very helpful. It is true that the store is small but that never bothered me. I shopped around to a couple of other places before making my way back to Summer's and was impressed that they beat the competitors' price and the better price included an awesome upgraded memory foam pad. I thought the installers did a great job. It's true when you get new carpet in an existing house, some knicks are left on the baseboards. I knew this would happen and it was a lot better than I was expecting. Also I was accidentally charged for something I shouldn't have and I called Lesli and she immediately removed the charge. One thing was that the installers had to remove my doors and when they replaced them they did leave dirty fingerprints on the doors. It wasn't a big deal to me but it might bother someone.
I love my floors! I was initially very hesitant because of the color but my husband really liked them, so we went ahead and we could not be more pleased. Summers in tears were very fast once we ordered and very quick to show up and do the install the floors look great!
