    UPDATE 21-6-2023: They reached out and are trying to fix all the issues. 3 stars for now.The platform is crazy slow (tried incognito, multiple devices, multiple countries). They don't send notifications. They charge you for "disputes" that don't turn into disputes. They charge you for "disputes" that are already disputed. And the customer support replies after 7+ days and ignores comments about refunds. Long story short: Waste of time. Stay away!

    This website is easy to use and the information aids me in getting the job done quickly. There is an entire team that is there to help whenever you need it. When you ask a question the answer comes within minutes. That is amazing to me with how busy we all get at work. This is a company you should work with.

    The Midigator service is phenomenal. It has allowed us to focus our efforts in other parts of the business rather than chasing chargebacks. It's a huge time saver. Each day we get an automated report that gives us insights into disputes. I would highly recommend their services for any business owner that is tired of dealing with the headaches of chargebacks.
