I’ve been seeing Dr Holmes for years for obvious things, like headaches, back and neck pain. This year I have had so many mysterious neurological symptoms. Tingling in the arm, hand cramping, sudden and intense anxiety, chest and neck tension, a normally dormant heart condition that was causing issues daily. I felt like an adjustment would help but I didn’t want an aggressive adjustment. I decided to go to Dr holmes to see if he could help with the neck tension, after one adjustment all of my other neurological symptoms were gone, my nervous system is no longer on edge and I feel like myself again. Hopefully this helps somebody else!

Dr. Holmes is so detailed and great at explaining things. I really value how he takes x rays and does other tests to be sure what he’s doing is necessary and helpful. After my first adjustment I could breathe deeply, the headache at the base of my neck was gone, and I slept through the night comfortably! I was amazed because I didn’t realize how shallow my breathing was before and how much that was affecting everything. He knows what he’s doing and how it affects the entire body - 12/10 would recommend Dr. Holmes!
