What really impressed me about this location was the two ladies that helped me with my contacts and glasses. I have been wearing glasses for over two decades and I have never had anyone do such a great job! My son is very young and got prescribed glasses for the first time when I came in. They spent the time to make him feel confident in his lenses and help him pick out one that fit great. Been going to Excel for a few years now and they’re my favorite. Highly recommend if you have a more advanced prescription and you feel like budget optometrists aren’t giving your eyes the care that they need.
Everyone is really kind and a special shoutout to the optician who helped me with my glasses. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to help get me the perfect fit.

The customer service here is amazing. When I broke my frame, I called in and there were two problems.
1. My warranty had expired
2. My frame was no longer being made
Lee, the receptionist, went out of her way to find any other places that sold my same frame and gave me a call back with several great options and gave me exact prices for each one. I am blown away by the incredible customer service!
