I have been a customer at CV for 22 years. This last visit (last week) apparently you all were short staffed, but we had to wait about 40 min to be seen. It was a long time for the dogs, and for me. We were only there for vaccines.
Country View does a great job taking care of my pup! They always explain things really well to me and are very patient and gentle with Bean. They’ve gotten us in last minute for a few things now when we’ve needed it and they have never made me feel like they’re put out by it. I truly do believe that they care about Bean, which means a lot to me. Every staff member that we’ve interacted with at Country View has been very kind to us and we won’t ever go anywhere else!
We have been taking our dogs here since 2006. They take great care of them and I highly recommend them. The new vet & staff have been very kind & thorough. Dr. Rees is our favorite. We will continue to bring our dogs here. Thank you!
