Everyone from the secretary up front, to the dentists, to the dental hygienists are experts at what they do. They always take the time to explain what's going on, whether it is good or bad. The staff fought extra hard to get the insurance company to cover visits, where most dentists would have stopped trying. A new dentist offered a second opinion on a root canal and chose a filling instead. The replacement dentist is almost as awesome. Assistants are friendly and knowledgeable and the front desk team is equally friendly and knows what they’re doing. The dentist helps patients learn to care for their teeth, asks for specific kinds of toothpaste, prescribes toothpaste that aids healing spots that could turn into caries, and glued back a crown that had come off. Patients say the office has changed their outlook on going to the dentist; they no longer hate it.
