The sweetest staff I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. Went in right before closing and the nurse met me with the warmest energy, really listened, and it felt like she was really interested in helping me. The doctor was above and beyond, spent real time talking through everything with me and it felt more like a visit with a primary care doctor than any visit I’ve had at other InstaCares. I live in the salt lake area but will make the drive down to American fork if I ever need to go to an InstaCare again.
I had a wonderful and easy experience completing a drug test here. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the process was explained to me quite well. I felt comfortable and seen while I was there. ?
This was the best instacare I’ve ever been too. They have an amazing self pay option if you don’t have insurance, and the doctor was very thorough. They made sure to hear all of my concerns and treat me.
