We had a fantastic experience at CareNow Urgent Care in American Fork! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The medical staff was quick, efficient, and took great care of my wife. The doctor I saw was amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, and very fast without making us feel rushed. GREAT service for EVERY professional. From the receptionist, the nurse, and the PA were all so friendly, kind, patient and helpful. It was very busy and a Sunday and this urgent care had the shortest wait time and yet everyone was so apologetic about the wait. It was nice we could go run a couple of errands while we “waited” to be seen. I would totally send anyone here!
