Our old boiler finally gave out and we had no hot water in our home! Budget plumbing took good care of us and got things taken care of quickly. They did excellent work, were very professional and their quote was much less expensive than one given to us by another plumber. Our old boiler was large and the boiler room was cramped and hot and it was a mess for them to deal with, but they worked all day and late into the night determined that we would have hot water in our home the next day. I was very impressed with their service and will highly recommend their company to everyone.
I have been working with budget for years and they been awesome. They were referred to me when a plumber couldn't do the water line replacement at my business. They have done work at all my rental properties and my home. They have done everything from repipe a building and remodel a bathroom to replacing HVAC units. They even do the simple work too! Their pricing is super reasonable and and they do a top notch job. I would highly recommend Budget plumbing for plumbing and HVAC work!
Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.
