I thought that I was going to move from QB Online to ZipBooks. Then I reached out to receive some help (verifying my business) so that I could connect a bank. This being the very first 15 minutes of what should be a new business relationship I would think that something more than an automated response during normal business hours would be warranted. NO SUCH LUCK. This company insisted on me loading credit card information before prompting me to contact support to verify my business.
There automated response was a list of a few articles to read regarding transactions and a note that normal response is a "FEW HOURS". I can not recommend a business that can't... read full review

I guess you get what you pay for. I left QuickBooks online for zip books due to pricing. There has been ongoing issues for the past year with bank transactions not updating. Usually their customer service was good at getting things resolved quickly. However, I see that is no longer the case. I have been trying to get it resolved for a few weeks now and still no answers and no updated transactions. This is obviously going to complicate things when it comes time to do my 2021 taxes. Very frustrating to say the least.

Zipbooks doesn't do credit notes which I've just discovered after several months use. An unbelievable omission. For this reason I have to give a negative review. Everything else was fine for my use.
