Doug and his team initially installed our HVAC system in our new residential build in Fall '25 and did a great job, but where they really shined is when we experienced an issue over the weekend at the end of June. We called our GC on a Saturday who got in contact with Doug and he was at our house in less than 3 hours to identify the issue. Although he had to wait until Monday to get the part that needed to be replaced, he made it a priority, even driving to two different supply warehouses, and had it fixed before end of business on Monday.
