I called Jeff Willaby because I had a partial outage. He suggested I start with Oncor to determine if problem was on their side. Turned out my meter base was bad and I called him back at 3pm Friday. Willaby replaced by 5pm on a Friday afternoon and worked with Oncor to get our reconnection rescheduled as well since Oncor had pulled my meter. Power was restored Saturday noon which would have been a much longer delay without his help. We were able to have our grandsons graduation party as scheduled thanks to Willaby Electric.

I have used Willaby Electric on more than one occasion and have been very pleased with their work. Additionally, I have called for advice, and they have helped troubleshoot over the phone without a service call. That told me that they are more concerned with solutions than making a quick buck. I recommend them without reservation.

I used Jeff Willaby to install a transfer switch for my home standby generator and also wire the generator. Basically I had the unit set on a pad and ask him to take it from there.He did. Excellent job. The generator guys will tear your head off on this type work, especially if they don't get to sell you the unit. Contacted Jeff asked him if he could and he said no problem. He has done many and it was evident. I will not consider anyone else for my electrical needs and neither should you!Services: Electrical parts assembly
