His team did such an excellent job on my homes roof. The roof was completed in one afternoon and my husband and I were very pleased. They were very time efficient and polite. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In 2021 Mark inspected my roof and said I had enough hail damage to make an insurance claim. I contacted Allstate insurance and my roof was inspected for a much lower amount of damage than the actual amount.. Since Allstate estimate of damage was only $300 above my deductible I initially decided that it was not worth it to get my roof replaced. Mark recommended we hire a public adjuster to challenge Allstate insurance low ball estimate. I never knew such a thing (public adjuster) existed. Mark contacted his public adjuster and the public adjuster's damage estimate was over 10 times the amount of Allstate insurance estimate. Allstate did not agree with the public adjuster and refused to pay for the actual damage dollar amount. So Mark then recommended we hire his attorney. I agreed with Mark and Mark's lawyer was able to get Allstate insurance to pay for the actual amount of damage. Today Mark installed a new roof with top of the line shingles and Ridgeline vents. His crew completed the entire job in 1 day. It looks fantastic. If it was not for Mark's knowledge and persistence, I would not have a new roof. I didn't know a home owner could challenge an insurance company by hiring a public adjuster and attorney but Mark did.. Mark deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Mark and TMP roofing.
