Great place with great people! They have personal training, group training and open gym. There is a nutrition coach on staff as well. They have a very well-rounded approach to getting healthy. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The group classes are smaller sizes, and all the other clients are so nice and supportive and help push each other is the best way. I am really enjoying it, and I have already noticed added strength in a short time!
Jill and the CrossFit Alanis team are experts in helping you achieve your health goals. In September, I participated in The Hormone Balance Challenge led by Jill. She was amazing! The program pushed me to start taking better care of myself and focusing on my stress and emotional wellness as much as I was focusing on my fitness. At the end of the program, I felt better, had more energy, less stress, and I improved my body composition. I definitely recommend Jill and CrossFit Alanis if you want to get healthier and feel better.
