We bought our house almost 5 years ago and the house is 25 years old. A few of the windows had broken plastic locks, crafty, the dual pane seal was bad in one of the windows. So we decided to replace our windows so we got a few estimates and we ended up using ROI windows. So glad we did. We called and told them we want them to do the job. Once we signed the contract, the process went fast. They came out and measured the windows and told us allow up to a few weeks for the windows to arrive. They arrived and the crew got busy. Alvin has been very helpful during the sale of our house. He was willing to remove and replace just 1 window and working with me to install it for s new owner once the house sold. We are very pleased with his work and would use him again.
