“I was given a gift certificate by my daughter for Hand & Stone. The spa is very nice and the people are so pleasant to work with. I asked for a deep tissue massage. Yan was my massage therapist. She is little, but very strong! She gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had.“

“I have had a membership here since February. My esthetician Danielle is excellent! She is taking such great care of my problem skin. My skin feels like it did before i started having skin issues 40+ years ago. I didn't think it was possible, but Danielle really knows skin and how it works, which is essential to skincare. She is so sweet and geniunely cares about her clients. I am so thankful for her. Massage Envy-Waco truly has a gem in Danielle. Elsa and Ashley, who work customer service at the front desk, are thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. i really appreciate them. Jocelyn, who also works at the front desk, IMO, needs more knowledge as to how customer service works. She is quick to shove you off onto the companys app and no eye contact. really takes away from the whole experience Massage Envy works to convey.“
