“Such a great experience at HOTWORX Woodway! The facility was incredibly clean, and the staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I loved the privacy of the saunas and having a guided workout to follow- it felt much less intimidating than a traditional gym. I left feeling accomplished and refreshed, and I’ll definitely be returning as a member! Highly recommend!”
“I started coming here after having spine surgery, and they played such a big role in helping me get strong again and return to riding. As an equestrian, Pilates made such a difference in keeping me strong and helping with my back and joint pain. I was going almost every day, and it became such an important part of keeping my body feeling good. They also helped me come back after breaking my collarbone. Nadya genuinely cares so much about every person she works with, and that makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for everything she and the studio have helped me through.”
“With the large array of classes available including weekends and the teachers are all excellent and give personal care”
