Jess at Pendley’s Party Productions contracted my business for an Eclipse party they organized. From start to finish I had a great experience with them! The entire crew, from the owner to the caterers, were incredibly kind and thoughtful.
They had a section already setup for me, and multiple people were checking in on me throughout the duration of the event. The payment process was seamless.
The party itself was a blast! The decor was high quality and the catering was delicious!
I would work with them again as a vendor AND use them as a party planning service!

nobody ever answers the phone for this business! I have called 30 times in the past week and no one calls back either after leaving a message. Is this place closed down?

Deanna was absolutely amazing to work with! I called on a Thursday afternoon and had an email with the items I requested within the hour. She was very nice and prompt and even followed up on Monday because my mom brain kicked in and I forgot to respond. So nice to have a positive experience and everything was handled over the phone and e-mail. Super convenient.

Look no further! Pendley Productions is true to their word and Paulette Pendley has an acute eye for all the little details. They also can work within your budget no matter how big or small. We had torrential rains, blowing winds and every other obstacle imaginable for my daughters outdoor wedding, however, Paulette and her amazing team were able to fight the wind and the rain and still manage to put together a beautiful fairytale tent for our event.

We used Pendley Party to help us decorate for my Mother's 60th birthday party. Paulette and her staff went out of their way to make the event perfect in every way. From the table and chairs to the high tops that they recommended to stage by the band, the table cloths and center pieces added the perfect touch. Every detail was seen to and even details that we didn't think about they took care of. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any other events that we have.

Called to hopefully get a quote on my wedding. For tents , tables chairs. Was told I couldn’t get quoted over the phone and had to schedule a appointment. The owner told me she has been “busy” and I get it the holidays had just ended. But she had a tone on the phone when I would ask detailed questions. I was told she would call me in a couple of days to schedule an appointment. She then calls me SIX DAYS later. With my wedding being less than 11 weeks out, each day maters. So I chose to go a different route. Again, she calls me 6 days later asking if I’m “ready to set up an appointment” I tell her no I’ve gone a different route. She asks why and I tell her “because I haven’t heard from you” she then says “we’ve been busy. Hate to lose your business but WHATEVER” so I hung up on her. SUPER unprofessional and rude to treat clients this way. Doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion.

I walked into Pendley at 1030 on June 16, 2022 and had a one way conversation with with Larry Pendley leasing the conversation. When I arrived I noticed the keys to the establishment were left in the front door, so I removed the keys to return to owner. I was then approached by Mr. Pendley who was extremely rude. He stated, "I'm the owner and you don't need to be talking to anyone here about anything you got going on. You're excused". I left the facility in awe.

My sister sent an email to get a quote for decor for her wedding this year in November. The lady responded saying that she needed to get with Paulette and she would respond back to let us know. The email was sent in the morning shortly after they opened and we never got a response the rest of the day. The next day, I called in the morning and inquired about the quote and the same woman who we spoke with prior said that we may have to come in and make an appointment but she would have to see what Paulette's schedule looked like and she would call us right back because Paulette was there. She was very short in response and tone. That was over two weeks ago and we still have not heard anything. I would much rather you say you refuse the services or cannot accommodate them, but to ignore and never respond is unprofessional. We won't bother people who clearly don't want to work with us. UPDATE: I have now received a response, which I am not fully convinced is because of this review that I have left. Mind you, this is AFTER I had called the next day following up with the initial email that was sent and was informed Paulette was there and would contact right back to inform of availability to schedule an appointment because we needed to come in to look in the warehouse. I cannot help but feel that the no-response and ignoring was racially motivated, as you can clearly see that my sisters name is African-American, and from what it appears, there are other POC who in the reviews who have had similar issues. I assume that they thought that by giving me a quote after I left there review would resolve the issue but it has not and is a poor excuse for accountability. Not even an apology for replying back almost a month later. I would think that they would be more professional, but it appears that they feel that they do not need to be held accountable for their actions and beliefs
