Our unit quit working and I called on a Friday afternoon at 2 pm. Fortunately they had an opening with a technician in the area and within 29 minutes they were at my home working on the unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer with Haught for many years and they always come through. Thank you !

Called brazos air and within hour technician showed up and 15 minutes he had part replaced and operating.very nice polite gentleman,he was smart and very knowledgeable on what to do.
