I’m new to using a CPAP, and when my pulmonologist asked which supplier I wanted, I had no idea where to start. I’m so glad I chose American HomePatient! A big thank-you to Mark, who’s been in the industry for over 25 years. He made sure I got the mask that was the best fit for me, and he walked me through everything — from programming and using the CPAP to the maintenance it needs. Mark was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m now comfortable and successful using my CPAP at home!

Didnt need equipment anymore. Tried cancelling gave me the run around . Very rude on phone. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend America Homepatient in Woodway! I have been getting my supplies through them and I recently had to replace my old machine. I have 2 people I think went out of their way to help me. Mikayla and Mark! Mikayla notified me of what I needed to do . But, she also took time out of her busy schedule to explain what she was having to verify and how she would take care of it. Then when I had an appointment for my new machine Mark was my instructor of how to use the new machine, how to clean it, several important information and he answered and listen to me! He was very knowledgeable. and definitely helped me! I think the service the 2 individuals gave me was outstanding and they cared about their patient! I felt very confident that I knew what I needed when I left. So , thank you Mikayla and Mark ! Great customer service and support!

American Home Patient has provided good necessary services to meet my needs for Oxygen due to having severe pneumonia.

I have to say that everyone was very friendly. I know I took a lot of time (my fault)and Mark made sure to go over everything with me, until I was sure of what I was doing Bravo, Bravo the service is excellent.

I would like to send a shout-out to the staff at HomePatient! I am a new patient and have had a great experience with the process of learning how to navigate the Cpac therapy journey.
