Space City Septic Service is BY FAR the best company I have ever used. I have set up 5 other appointments with Solo Septic and others and they never showed up, let alone answered their phones. My tank was backing up and its really frustrating to set appointments with a company and they don't call or show up. I will never use any other company than Space City Septic Service. The technician was very fast, clean and efficient and also helped me understand how my septic system works so that I can maintain it much better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thank you Space City Septic Service!!!Five Stars!
Space City Septic went above and beyond coming out on their Sunday afternoon to pump our tank that was causing all sorts of issues with our toilets. With two littles in the house, having working plumbing is a must. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience.
Space City is the place to call! They took our emergency very serious and were able to come out the same day that I called. Rick was a great guy and he worked efficiently for a very fair price. Also, they have the best customer service that I've ever experienced. Breanna answered the phone and just had a genuinely kind attitude and a bubbly personality. I will never use any other septic company. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.
