I cannot praise J Ferg enough! Austin was very accommodating and kind throughout the project. He made himself available to answer my queries at all times and ensured that everything was handled. I am thrilled with how my roof and fascia turned out - the team did a fantastic job!
After the recent hail storm, I've just had my roof replaced and I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of the work. I’ve never had to replace a roof and was skeptical of the cost, how my insurance company would be to deal with, and finally how to work with a contractor. The salesperson/project manager Sam Seaver was polite, respectful, not pushy, and after talking for a few minutes I felt comfortable with the “free roof inspection”. Sam was professional and thorough, and answered all my questions about the damage, types of shingles, lifespan, what would be replaced and supplied, how they worked with insurance companies and homeowners, etc. He provided...read full review
Jferg roofing replaced my roof on my home and my workshops after the hail storm totaled them. The crews did a great job including cleanup. My project manager was Austin Hill.
