DO NOT USE EMILY! HORRIBLE!!!!!! WORST hair experience I've had in my whole life. The lack of professionalism and experience as a hairdresser was horrendous. Emily was supposed to color my hair the same blonde highlights that I already had. I only wanted my grey roots colored and my dark underneath colored. I had sent pictures of my hair prior to making the appointment. She assured me she could do the same as I already had. I made it clear that I wanted it the same color blonde and that my hair was hard to process to blonde. She took it upon herself to color my hair ash which is more grey looking and put more darker in that I have had in over 16 years. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what I wanted. It also had lots of orange and red color to it. I expressed being dissatisfied and she tried only to take one piece of the orange out. By this time she had another client come in that she was more worried about. She was more focused on just getting me out at that point than fixing her mistakes or addressing my concerns. She also said she would curl my hair when finished. I left with no curl because she didn't even have the curling iron plugged in when attempting to curl my hair. She said part of the color I was concerned about was just the lighting and that it would continue processing for a few days. WHAT A JOKE! I had other hairstylists tell me she didn't even cover my grey roots which was the whole point of me going. They also agreed that it was NOT the blonde color I had originally in my hair and the dark was even a darker shade. They said she also left what they call skid marks that no hairdresser with any experience should be leaving. I've spent more money and had to damage my hair more trying to get my prior hairstylist to get my hair done correctly and back to my original color. DO NOT USE EMILY!!!! They will also talk about their clients and complain about paying customers they have had while working on your hair. The salon is also filthy and they wanted to complain about customers making messes. Its your salon that you should be cleaning and sweeping up hair after your customers.

Had a few haircuts here, very disorganized and inconsistent results. Had told the owners what I wanted, was pointless because they didn’t remember any of it. Hated the cuts I got here and have no interest in returning.

Emily has done my hair for a little over 8 years. She has kept me blonde and my hair healthy. She’s knowledgeable and cares about the integrity of her work and her clients hair. You won’t regret booking with her. I’m a client for life.
