I had read the reviews on Michele and sent my mom and son there- and they were so happy! I'm not sure why I felt I needed to go to Tyler- but I did, and it was a complete HATCHET job that cost a ton of money and time. I called Michele- she saw me right away, and she fixed it. I had gotten highlights at the OTHER place- and they got about an inch from my scalp- and then lightened it too much- and used no toner. Michele just toned it down, "erased" the sharp line where the guy didn't come close to my scalp. It looks great. I just wanted to hug her- she's awesome. No reason to go anywhere but to her.
