We use Wright's for all HVAC work at both of our houses and could not be more pleased. They provide responsive and quality service at a fair price. More importantly, they stand behind their work and value their customers. Whether it is our 20+ year old equipment at one home or eight year old equipment at the other, they keep both in top working condition so we can enjoy these hot Texas Summers.
They arrived on time, they accurately analyzed the problem and made a competent repair. And then billed us fairly. This occurred 2x because we have 4 separate Carrier heatpumps in 3 separate buildings. We were left in awe after having been looking for such Craftsmen for several years since our original AC man retired. We are completely sold on this company.
Wright's A/C has taken care of four of our properties over many, many years. They are outstanding in customer service and A/C maintenance and fixing any problems we've had with any of our units!! Brent was out for annual maintenance on the big unit and a little mini split a couple of weeks ago. He called to let me know he was on his way and then quickly took care of each of the units and was thorough in checking them out! Jesse was out this morning, and he was very thorough and did a great job too for two of our properties. Just an amazing group!! Thank you!
