I worked with Marc throughout 2024 to build my new home in Dripping Springs. He was incredibly diligent, responsive, and committed to ensuring everything met my expectations. His subcontractors were also reliable and showed up as scheduled or if rescheduled showed up as promised.
In terms of cost, I found the pricing to be very fair for the quality and craftsmanship I received. Marc was also flexible and willing to work with me to achieve my vision and maintain my budget.

“I would like to give a big shout out to Matt & Karl from Summerset Homes. Their customer service is over the top, not to mention their quality of workmanship.I’ve been in my Summerset home 3.5 years. My home was built in 2011. My microwave went out. I called American Home Shield to come out & diagnose issue. Appliance repair company came out (Thursday) to install part. After looking at the vent system appliance refused to touch venting system due to not wanting to mess up my custom cabinet. They only gave me a week to find someone to remove venting system. I was in a panic Until…….I immediately called Somerset Homes. Matt answered the phone. I explained to Matt what my issue was & without hesitation, Matt sent out Karl the next day (Friday) to remove venting system. Karl also took down microwave so the new part could get installed.My microwave is fixed & Karl is coming back out to put my venting system back up.I love my Summerset Home. Their detail & workmanship is over the top. If you are looking for a builder or new home in Wimberley, Tx , I highly recommend Summerset Homes.
