My experience was great. They came out at 8:15 PM and solved my problem right away and pleased the lady who had rented my building for a baby shower. I talked with Micheal on the phone. He was very pleasant and very reassuring. I am 90 years younger and walk with a walker and could not go to my building. He was very helpful and reassuring that problem was solved and the lady who rented building was happy. I appreciated everything he did for an old lady. I was not aware there was anyone that would come out after hours when you were not a regular customer. Thank you, thank you. You saved this lady’s baby shower and my reputation.
First of all, I wanna say that the owner of the company is very beautiful. She is sweet kind and outgoing and all around AC is one of the best AC companies out there if you ever need help call this company.
I am going to try and keep this short but their service is UNMATCHED. Especially in this line of work.
Unfortunately our first time with them was a little rocky but when I tell you they came back and made it right, it changed our view completely.
The receptionist is top tier with her customer service. Always calls and gives you updates step by step. She was genuine throughout our entire process.
The technicians were very kind and understanding and gave us details about what the issues was. So if you're thinking of going here, the answer is YES. I would give 10 stars if I could!
