What a great company! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Custom home builders are very busy people. I approached Sean about learning more about what he did, and he made time for me first thing the following Monday. They've been in business for over 30 years, and I know they will do great things in the future!
Sean is a great builder. We love our house and feel like the build was overall a smooth process. We are very particular and the team (Bill) did a good job of hearing out any concerns and coming up with solutions. We are very thankful for our forever home.
From the very first meeting, Sean was honest and upfront with costs and ideas based on the drawings provided of our dream home. He provided opinions and ideas without being pushy while keeping our budget in mind. He was timely in providing a cost estimate and the scheduling of building of our home. Kraig, the project manager, was extremely organized and communicative during the entire process. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the finished product, the final costs and the timeliness it took to complete our home.
