Dr Shurtz and his staff are so kind and accommodating. The young lady who helped us order our new glasses found out my current pair wouldn't stay in place, so she offered to adjust them plus she put pads on the nose piece. I no longer have to keep pushing my glasses up. Even if we move somewhere else in the DFW area that is further away, I will continue to see Dr Shurtz for my Optical needs!
Mr Shurtz was one of the more pleasant eye doctors I have been too, with a long history of eye trouble, I've seen a lot. Most try to push products and made you feel guilty if not purchasing extras from them. I never got this from Mr. Shurtz and I honestly really appreciate it as I feel it's more for my eye care than me as a product.
The staff was also pleasant, no issues.
Very friendly and professional. It is nice not to be rushed and not treated as a number. Our family was looking to find a practice just like the one Dr. Schultz operates. Highly recommend.
