I really wanted to be happy with this place, but I realized I guess after I left there was something I didn't bring up that the dermatologist never even noticed so I called just to inquire if based off what I was describing, which was something deep under the skin (like a knot deep under my skin) I just wanted to ask the receptionist or have her ask the doctor if it is necessary for me to go to a dermatologist or do i need to go to a general practice doctor ... i was then told that I have to actually go back in to be reassessed. this answer was very generic to me and made no sense since. this type of question doesn't require an examination. I'm simply asking if this issue matches a visit to the dermatologist . To make matters worse, I have been there literally the day before and the dermatologist completely missed this on a complete body scan and I had already paid for my initial visit.
How does this make sense? I I guess the doctor can't even be bothered with a simple question. This is a basic transactional type of doctor visit where receptionist don't use their full capacity and actually make the experience worth it when you have a question or something goes wronge. I was literally blocked by the receptionist to ask the doctor a basic question that a good dermatologist office would've answered for me or any good doctors office for that matter.
Maybe I'm supposed to go to my general practice doctor. I guess I will just have to call another dermatologist office who can give me general information about whether I'm supposed to go to a dermatologist or a general practitioner since this receptionist can't understand what type of question I'm actually asking her. Real bummed out at this place and disappointed in the lack of effort and knowledge of the person I just spoke to you on the phone.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff were very kind and helpful. Office was very clean. Dr. Nguyen remains proactive and suggesting other treatments to assist in correcting a lifetime of skin choices.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Christine and Dr. Nguyen made sure my annual dermatology examination was easy and straightforward. Dr. Nguyen's skill with the laser for removing moles is second to none! Highly recommend!

I told this place my work schedule would have me out of town a lot. The doctor said after I was established we could do telehealth monthly checkups when necessary. I tried to get in for an in person visit, he’s booked up for a week and a half. His receptionist basically said tough luck. I’m just supposed to go without the medication for a week and a half. I’ll be switching to an online telehealth provider. Don’t waste your time coming to this guy.
