I had been going to the same eye doctor for years. I have very limited options for contacts due to the severity of my nearsightedness. Recently, the contact brand I had been using since I was a teenager discontinued their specialty line and I had to switch to another. The eye doctor I had been going to for many years was unable to get the prescription right and I kept experiencing problems with the new contact lens that I had never experienced before. Update! 2023- Dr. Doreck, basically SAVED me from losing my sight in my left eye! I went in to do my annual eye exam, they took my retinal scan and Dr. Doreck noticed something off, sent me to a specialist and was able to get my eye fixed up! I couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Doreck! Who knows what could’ve happened if she hadn’t found the an issue that I had no clue was there!!!!2022 - Dr. Ritcher was beyond thorough and super sweet for our first time annual exam with Willis Family Eyecare. Our entire visit was so easy and stress free for both my husband and I and we didn’t wait long for anyone to see us.

Great experience from first phone call. Accepted appointment same day when everyone else was 3 weeks out. Exam and choosing frames ALL within about an about an hour. Specific circumstances may vary but this business is on its game. Great team and my eyesight challenged family members will be choosing Willis Family Eyecare going forward. Highly recommend!
