Out a/c unit went out on a Saturday night and I called first thing Monday morning and they quickly dispatched a tech to come look, our unit was 10 years old and it became apparent we were about to purchase a new unit. Once we chose our new unit the install was scheduled for Wednesday and completed. The service/install guys were all very courteous, answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to address any concerns we had. We just had our quality control check appt and everything is working great. Most of all, we were completely satisfied with our service we received.
I recently had Total Air & Plumbing come out to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit, and I was very satisfied with the service. The technician Robert Taylor arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. He performed a thorough inspection, cleaned the unit, checked refrigerant levels, and made sure everything was running efficiently. I appreciated that there was no upselling—just honest recommendations for keeping my system in good shape. The whole visit was efficient, and I felt confident in the quality of the work done.
I would like to thank Brett for his excellent customer service today while coming out to check our plumbing as we are club members so having regular maintenance and check ups are so worth it. He was professional friendly and answered all of my questions. He also noticed that our new HVAC Which was also installed with Total air had some condensation that was concerning but a quick call to the office he was able to complete what was needed without the additional service call. I greatly appreciated that. Brett went over any concerns that he observed also recommended a water softener.
