Have been using this specific dry cleaner for over a year now. They have misplaced and separated clothing from the rest of our stuff numerous times, but it was always found so we continued to go back. This most recent time, they destroyed the texture of my dress and completely shrunk the inside liner so that is unwearable as it does not cover my butt. I called and politely told them about this, and was told that they will not do anything because it is “policy”. Dropped off prom dress that’s for Saturday on Wednesday go to pick it up today and this is how they try to return it to us, wasn’t supposed to go up that high and just said the chemicals melted the mesh. Prom 2024 off to a great start for my little cousin. If I could give negative starts I definitely would this place needs to be shut down.

Today I finally picked up my blouse dress which was stained after being cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised that Signature Cleaners removed all of the stains. It took a few days, but it was returned without any stains. I would recommend Signature Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs. Also, Signature removed makeup stains from two other items. They did a good job.
